This page describes what YOLO Studio (yolo.studio) and the YOLO Labs sites yololabs.ai, yolo.host, yolostart.sh and yolobridge.sh collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and limited to what we actually do. Sites our users publish on yolo.host addresses belong to those users and are not covered here.
Effective October 5, 2026 · Version 1.2Mailing list and Partner Program applications. When you join the YOLO Studio Mailing List or apply to the Partner Program, we store the email address you submit, which list you joined, and where the submission came from. Alongside your entry we record standard request data: your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the referring page. We use that request data to prevent abuse of the form. Your confirmation email is delivered through our email provider, Resend.
Your account. Signing in uses GitHub or Google. We receive the basic profile details the provider shares with us, such as your username, email address, and avatar. We never see your provider password.
In your browser. After you sign in, your session tokens are kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. They identify your session to us and are not used to track you across other sites.
Usage analytics. Our sites use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. See “Analytics and cookies” below.
Operational logs. Like most services, our servers keep operational logs, which can include IP addresses, to keep the service secure and reliable.
YOLO Assistant can connect to your Google account so it can work with your calendar and email. Connecting is optional and separate from signing in with Google. You choose to connect on the Connections page, and Google shows you exactly what you are granting before you agree.
What we access. Depending on what you grant:
When we access it. Only to do something you asked for: a question or request in a conversation with the assistant, or a recurring check (a "watch") that you set up yourself. We do not scan your mailbox or calendar in the background. The assistant never sends an email or changes your calendar on its own. It drafts the change, shows it to you, and acts only after you tap to confirm. Archiving, marking read, and labeling happen when you ask for them, and need a tap to confirm in a conversation that has read outside content.
How we handle it. To answer you, the relevant calendar or email content is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which generates the assistant's reply. Your conversation history keeps the assistant's replies, which can quote or summarize what it read, plus short identifying details such as a message's subject, sender, and date. We do not store the full text of your messages. Your Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, and each use of them is recorded in an internal audit log. Our server logs do not contain your email or calendar content.
What we do not do with it. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the features described here. Our team does not read it, except when you ask us to, when it is needed for security, or when the law requires it.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect Google at any time on the Connections page. That revokes our access at Google and deletes the access tokens we stored. You can also remove access from your Google Account's security settings. To have your conversation history deleted, email info@yololabs.ai.
YOLO Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To provide and operate the service, to respond to the request you actually made (a mailing list subscription, a partner application, an account), to prevent abuse, to contact you about the thing you asked us about, and to understand how our sites are used so we can improve them.
yolo.studio, yololabs.ai, yolo.host, yolostart.sh and yolobridge.sh use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. When you load a page, Google Analytics receives the page address without its query string or anything after a “#”, the page title, the referring page, your browser and device type, screen size, language, and an approximate location that Google derives from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
To tell repeat visits apart, it sets first-party cookies on our domain (_ga and _ga_<ID>) holding a random identifier, kept for up to two years. We do not send Google your name, email address, account details, or anything you type into the product. Google Signals and ads personalization are turned off, so this data is not linked to your Google account or used for advertising. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months.
To opt out, block cookies for our sites in your browser, use a tracker blocker, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The service works the same either way.
We run no advertising trackers, and the only third-party analytics is the Google Analytics setup described above. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the service for us, such as email delivery, cloud infrastructure, and site analytics (Google Analytics).
We keep mailing list and application entries until you ask us to delete them. There is currently no automatic expiry. To request deletion, email info@yololabs.ai. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
To ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email info@yololabs.ai. Include the email address you submitted so we can find your records. A real person reads that inbox.
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the effective date above will tell you when.
