Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and YOLO Labs LLC ("we", "us"), which operates YOLO Studio (yolo.studio) and its related services, including site hosting on yolo.host. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your data.

Who can use YOLO Studio

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you use YOLO Studio for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub or Google, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us at info@yololabs.ai if you think your account has been compromised. Access may require an invite code while we roll out.

Plans and billing

YOLO Studio has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are generally not refundable. If something went wrong, email info@yololabs.ai and we will look at it case by case. If we change the price of a paid plan, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Your content

You own what you bring to and build with YOLO Studio: your code, files, sites, and other content. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process, and display it only as needed to run the service for you, and for no other purpose. You confirm you have the rights to the content you put in the service.

AI features

YOLO Studio includes AI agents and an assistant that can write code, run commands in your workspace, and take actions you ask for. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or insecure. Review it before relying on it, especially before you deploy, publish, send, or pay for anything. Actions that need your confirmation are shown to you first, and you are responsible for what you confirm.

If you connect your own AI provider account, such as Claude or Codex, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms, and any usage charged by that provider is between you and them.

Connected services

You can connect third-party services, such as GitHub or Google. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect a service at any time.

Sites you publish

Sites you publish through YOLO Studio, for example on yolo.host or a custom domain, are public. You are responsible for their content and for complying with the law where they are available. We may take down a published site that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use YOLO Studio to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• publish or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or content that exploits or harms children;
• attack, probe, or disrupt other systems or networks without authorization;
• mine cryptocurrency, or otherwise use resources in ways unrelated to building and running software;
• get around usage limits, access controls, or billing;
• access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the service.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. You can stop using YOLO Studio at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@yololabs.ai.

Changes

We keep improving YOLO Studio, so features can change. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and let you know before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

YOLO Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
